2022 Vendor Application
Welcome to the Irish Holiday Market and thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor!
WHAT: The Irish Club of Alaska is a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit and the Irish Holiday Market is a new annual December celebration of Irish culture and arts. The event will feature live music, multiple vendors, Irish Club information and activity tables, and an Irish Club bake sale.
WHEN: Sunday, December 11th from 12pm to 4pm
WHERE: The Nave Spenard, 3502 Spenard Rd, Anchorage, AK 99503.
WHO: Vendors and organizations selling arts, crafts, and cottage food are welcome. Vendors must have one category or type of item for sale that is connected to an Irish or Celtic theme. Those who can comply with all of 2022 Irish Holiday Market Terms and Conditions are encouraged to apply!
HOW MUCH: Non-Member Price: $45 for a 6' table space and two folding chairs (provided). ICA Annual Member Discounted Price: $20 for a 6' table space and two folding chairs (provided). ICA Business Member Discounted Price: FREE for a 6' table space and two folding chairs (provided). There are a limited number of 6' tables available from the venue on a first-come first-served basis. Please let us know if you need one.
HOW:
(1) Interested vendors complete the Irish Holiday Market Vendor Application below.
(2) Vendors with complete applications who meet criteria listed on this page will be selected on a first-come first-served basis. The ICA Vendor Coordinator will inform vendors of the decision by Friday, November 4th. Because of the limited number of spaces, some vendors may be placed on a waitlist if interested.
(3) The Irish Club of Alaska will email selected vendors a Vendor Registration online invoice via Square and an event Terms & Conditions document for electronic signature via DocuSign by Tuesday, November 22nd.
No bake sales, please, and no food requiring preparation, cooking, heating, or refrigeration or anything beyond the Division of Environmental Health Food Safety & Sanitation Program definition of “cottage food.” We also request that vendor spaces not be used to disseminate religious or political information.
