2023 Vendor Application
Welcome to Galway Days and thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor!
WHAT: The Irish Club of Alaska is a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit and the Galway Days Irish Festival is our annual August celebration of Irish culture and arts. The festival will feature live music, buskers, workshops, demonstrations, children’s programming, a genealogy tent, an Irish Club bake sale and merchandise, and multiple vendors.
WHEN: Saturday, August 12th from 11am to 6pm
WHERE: Town Square Park, 544 W 5th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501 next to the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts
WHO: Vendors selling arts, crafts, and cottage food are welcome. Education and nonprofit organizations providing organization information are also welcome. Those who can comply with all of 2023 Galway Days Terms and Conditions are encouraged to apply!
HOW MUCH: $150 for a food truck space (limited number), $125 per 10’x10’ vendor space and a single vendor may occupy no more than two adjoining spaces, and $200 for two adjoining 10’x10’ vendor spaces
HOW:
(1) Interested vendors complete the application below.
(2) Vendors with complete applications who meet criteria listed on this page will be selected on a first-come first-served basis.
(3) The Irish Club of Alaska will email selected vendors a Vendor Registration link, where vendors will pay the vendor fee and upload a copy of their business license*, certificate of insurance with the Municipality of Anchorage as a certificate holders*, and an ink signed Terms and Conditions document (*requirements of the Municipality of Anchorage for special events)
(4) Vendors who are Business Members of the Irish Club of Alaska will be given priority placement in the booth layout. All other vendors will be randomly assigned a space by lottery and will be notified of their space assignment on August 1, 2023. Vendors can become a member of the Irish Club of Alaska here.
No bake sales, please, and no food requiring preparation, cooking, heating, or refrigeration or anything beyond the Division of Environmental Health Food Safety & Sanitation Program definition of “cottage food” except in the two dedicated food truck spaces. We also request that vendor spaces not be used to disseminate religious or political information.
