2022 NonProfit Booth Application
Welcome to Galway Days and thank you for your interest in having a nonprofit booth at the festival!
WHAT: The Irish Club of Alaska is a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit and the Galway Days Irish Festival is our annual August celebration of Irish culture and arts. The festival will feature live music, buskers, workshops, demonstrations, children’s programming, a genealogy tent, an Irish Club bake sale and merchandise, and multiple vendors.
WHEN: Saturday, August 13th from 11am to 6pm
WHERE: Town Square Park, 544 W 5th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501 next to the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts
WHO: Educational or nonprofit organizations and musicians or groups that will not sell goods or services directly to consumers are Galway Days. Those who can comply with all of 2022 Galway Days Terms and Conditions are encouraged to apply!
HOW MUCH: Free! A 10’x10’ space is available for organizations and groups with a canopy or tent. Smaller spaces in both the concrete and grassy areas are available for those with tables, umbrellas, and any set-up needed a 6'x6' space or smaller.
HOW:
(1) Interested organizations and groups complete the application below.
(2) Those with complete applications who meet criteria listed on this page will be selected on a first-come first-served basis.
(3) The Irish Club of Alaska will email selected nonprofits and groups a confirmation of acceptance and request an ink signed Terms and Conditions document.
(4) Those who are Business Members of the Irish Club of Alaska may select any available space on the map provided in mid-July. All others will be randomly assigned a space by lottery and will be notified of their space assignment on August 1, 2022. To become a member of the Irish Club of Alaska, click here.
We kindly request that nonprofit spaces not be used to disseminate religious or political information.
