Wade Hampton Miller
Wade Hampton Miller is a multi-instrumentalist who made his living playing Irish music in Chicago. He’s best known for his playing of the mountain dulcimer, for which he won the United States Mountain Dulcimer Championship in 1980. He’s played concert tours in Finland, Sweden, Russia, Japan, South Korea and brief engagements in Canada and the United Kingdom, as well as in the United States. He’s lived in Alaska since 1982.
For the Galway Days festival he’ll be playing mountain dulcimer.
