All workshops are held inside the Carr-Gottstein building unless otherwise announced. $5 suggested donation, collected in the lobby of the Carr-Gottstein.
Galway Days Aug. 11, 2018
11:00 am-5:00 pm This is a FREE festival at APU, on the lawn in front of the Carr-Gottstein Building. Local performers will entertain on an outdoor stage all day, and will include short sets from guest artists Brian Conway and John Walsh from New York! Irish music, dance, and other Irish-related workshops will also be part of the festival.
The evening concert featuring our guest artists will take place at Grant Hall, next to the Carr-Gottstein building on APU campus. Tickets for the concert can be purchased at the Irish Club's tent at the festival, online at Eventbrite, or at the door if there are still seats left.

Brian Conway A premiere Irish-American Fiddler, Conway is skilled in the Sligo-style and has won numerous All-Ireland fiddling competitions. His repertoire is steeped in tradition. John Walsh accompanies Brian Conway for the Galway Days Festival and concert. He is an accomplished Irish guitarist and recording artist, and runs a music center in New York for teaching, music therapy and recording studio. www.johnwalshguitar.com
